摘要
利用可视化编程工具Visual Basic 6.0,设计了一套适用于大学学院一级的教师基本信息、教学信息及科研信息管理的单机版信息管理系统。根据服务对象的不同,分为系统管理员的管理和一般用户的查询两大模块。管理员可以进行教师相关信息的添加、删除、修改;一般用户可查询教师基本信息、教学业绩、科研项目、论文著作及获奖情况。在设计时采用随机文件紧凑存储的方式构建信息数据库,既提高了处理速度,又节省了系统资源。
A teacher information management system of single personal computer version, which is suitable for college in a university, was developed by Visual Basic 6.0. This system is divided into two parts, the management of the supervisor and the query procedure of users. The information of teachers can only be added, deleted or altered by the supervisor, while a general user can only query teachers information. In order to enhance the query speed and economize memory, random compact file structure was adopted to build database.
