摘要
教师文化是影响教师观念以及教学行为的隐含性因素。在多元文化的背景下,大学教师文化出现了极大的变化,表现出内在的冲突与困惑。因此,为了适应多元文化发展的需要,必须对大学教师文化进行重建。
Teacher culture is the covertness factor which affects teacher＇s ideas and teaching behavior. In the background of multi-culture, university teacher culture have great changes which show in the internal conflict and confusion. Therefore, in order to meet the development of multi-culture, university teacher culture must be reconstructed.
