摘要
汶川特大地震对四川乃至周边地区的小城镇造成了重创。因此,重建与改造地震灾区小城镇无疑是灾区重建的重头戏。对此,我们将科学发展观贯穿于灾区小城镇重建与改造规划之中,合理重构灾区城镇体系与产业布局,正确处理灾区小城镇重建与改造中的若干关系,努力重建与改造特色鲜明的新型小城镇。
Heavy loss has been made by Wenchuan earthquake to the small towns in Sichuan Province and its neighbouring areas. Thus undoubtedly, the reconstruction of such small towns will be the key to rebuilding the earthquake area. The scientific development strategy will be carried out through all the process of the reconstruction or reform with adequate industry allocation and town system, properly handling the relationship in the reconstruction so as to build the new kinds of small towns with features.
