摘要
"新网工程"建设是国家为解决"三农"问题、发展农村经济、建设社会主义新农村而提出的构建新农村现代流通网络的系统工程。从供销社的发展和金融的关系入手,结合山西省供销合作社在建设"新网工程"中的资金现状及存在的问题,提出拓宽"新网工程"建设资金来源渠道的有效途径。
The new network project is the system engineering raised by building new modern circulation network in rural areas in order to resolve the＂three rural＂ issue, the development of rural economy and building a socialist new countryside . The paper proposes an effective way of broadening the sources and channels of the construction funds in the＂new network project＂, it＇s accomplished through the development of the supply and marketing cooperatives and with the relationship of finance and combined with the current funding situation and the existing problems of building the＂new network＂ in the supply and marketing cooperatives of Shanxi province.
