摘要
我国公共体育场馆管理面临着现有存量较少与新建场馆奢华、人们日益增长的需求与使用效率低下、固有的公共产品属性与过多从事非本体产业开发等诸多矛盾,它们成为了我国公共体育场馆管理难以破解的重大难题。从产权经济学的角度分析认为,创新我国公共体育场馆产权制度、开启民营化的改革方向将是我国公共体育场馆深化发展的必由之路。
The public stadium management in China is confronting the contradictories of fewer keeping against new luxurious construction, the increasing demands against utilization inefficiency, public commodity against the more business developing functions. All the contradictories are the great difficult problems for the public stadium management in China. From the angle of property economics, the author points out that innovating the property right system of the public stadium in China and carrying out nongovernmental economy are the routes must take deepen reformation the public stadium management in China.
