摘要
大型运动场馆经营管理常以传统事业单位模式为主,运动场馆依托政府投资,实现周边发展多元化经营。但由于大型运动场馆的事业单位性质与市场机制不相适应,投融资体制改革相对缓慢,法律法规的缺失,使得大型运动场馆经营管理受到限制。文章在充分认清大型运动场馆企业化经营管理的必要性后,提出大型运动场馆企业化经营管理模式的实践方式。
The operation and management of large sports venues is often based on the traditional institutional model,relying on government investment to achieve diversified management of peripheral development.However,it is restricted when the institutional nature of large sports venues does not adapt to the market mechanism and when the reform of investment and financing system is relatively slow and the laws and regulations are insufficient.After fully recognizing the necessity,this paper puts forward the practice of enterprise-like management mode of large sports venues.
