摘要
目的建立测定小儿解感片中黄芩苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用Agilent C18(5μm,250mm×4.6mm)柱,以甲醇-水-磷酸(43:57:0.2)为流动相,流速1.0ml/min,检测波长278nm,柱温35℃。结果黄芩苷在0.06~0.54μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.99998),平均回收率为99.1%。结论该方法简单,重复性好,适合用于小儿解感片的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for determination of baicalin in Jiegan tablet treating cold in children by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods The radix scutellariae in the content of the baicalin was drawn up. Agilent C18 column (250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm) was used,the mobile phase consisted of methyl alcohol -water - phosphoric acid(43: 57: 0. 2) at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. The wave length was set at 278 nm and the column temperature was maintained at 35 ℃. Results The baicalin presented the good linear range of 0. 06 - 0. 54 μg, r = 0. 999 98, the average recovery rate was 99. 1%. Conclusion The method is simple, result is good reproducible, and is suitable for the quantity control of Jiegan tablet.
