高校离退休党员是一笔丰厚的宝贵资源,具有很大开发价值。许多高校忽视离退休党员开发,对中青年人才成长和教育教学质量提高造成严重影响。跳出供需怪圈,搞好离退休党员开发,必须走出若干认识误区,创新高校离退休党员工作机制。
University retired party members are valuable resources and have great development value. Many universities neglect the development of retired party members, this greatly influencing the growing wp of middle - aged and young people and the quality of education and teaching. In order to jump out of the strange circle of supply and demand and make retired party members play their roles, universities have to get rid of the misunderstanding and innovate working mechanisms of university retired party members.
