摘要
首先合成中间体阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM),然后与乙二醛交联体系反应合成暂时性湿强剂乙二醛聚酰胺(PAMG)树脂,即AM-DMC-乙二醛三元共聚物。讨论了各种合成条件对纸张增湿强效果的影响。结果表明,该树脂对纸张的暂时性湿强效果明显,在保持湿强效果的同时有损纸易回用、不含有机氯、熟化时间短的优点,是一种优良的暂时性湿强剂。
This paper dealed with the synthesis and application of a temporary wet strength agent. Cationic polyacrylamide(CPAM) was synthesized using acrylamide(AM) and methacrylatoethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (DMC). Then the glyoxal polyamide (PAMG) resin i.e. AM-DMC-glyoxal copolymer was produced by cross-linking reaction between the CPAM and glyoxal. Various synthesis conditions were discussed. The results showed that the product can vest the paper with obvious temporary wet strength. The advantages of containing no organic chlorine and short maturation time make it a good temporary wet strength agent.
