摘要
本文对广东省某地金精矿(135克/吨)在管式炉中的氯化焙烧和对氯化物浸出液中金和贱金属的萃取行为进行了研究。结果表明温度是影响金氯化的主要因素,不同焙烧温度下氯化率和产物挥发率的差别均很大。例如,在500~550℃的中温段,氯化率可达97%以上,而产物的挥发率却小于2%。将浓度为0.05mol/l的盐酸和浓度为0.2mol/l石油亚砜,按相比1:1混合,混相时间为1分钟,这时金与贱金属(铁)的分离系数为7.8×10~6,金的萃取率为99%。浓度为0.1mol/l的氨水可将金全部反萃。本文还提出了相应的工艺流程,可供放大时参考。
This paper describes chloridizing roasting of floating Au-containing concentrate in a tube furnace and solvent extraction separation of gold with base rentals The results indicate that temperature is the main factor which influences the chlorination of gold, and different roasting temperature results in different chloridizing rate and volatilizing rate.At 500-550℃, the chloridizing fraction is more than 97%, but the volatilizing fraction of product is less than 2%. 0.2mol/l petroleum sulfoxide was used to extract gold from 0.05 mol/l hydrochloric acid media, at a phase ratio of 1:1, mixing time less than one minute. The separation coefficient of gold and base metal (Fe) is 7.8×10~6, and the extraction of gold is 99%. 0.1mol/lammonia solution was used for stripping gold effectively. This research has revealed the prospect of the process in industry.
