摘要
研究了皂化蓖麻油脂肪酸-煤油体系在氯化钕溶液中对钕和铝的共萃取行为,考察了钕浓度、萃取平衡时间等对萃取铝的影响,探讨了铝的萃取反应机理。结果表明,当有稀土元素钕存在且钕浓度和皂化萃取剂浓度之比大于1∶3时,皂化脂肪酸可以萃取铝。
The co-extraction behavior of aluminium and neodymium in neodymium chloride solutions with saponification Castor oil fatty acid has been studied. The effect of neodymium chloride concentration, time of extraction equilibrium has been investigated. The mechanism of extraction reaction has been discussed. The results show that aluminium will be extracted in hydrochloric acid system when the neodymium is exist and the ratio of neodymium and saponification extractant concentration is more than 1 : 3.
