摘要
目前大多数的减摇鳍控制器是使用单片机作为主处理器或者以工控机为基础开发而来的,前者集成度不高,稳定性也差,而后者成本较高.文章设计了一款新型的基于ARM处理器的减摇鳍控制器,解决了上述问题.在软件设计方面,把模糊控制策略引入到经典PID控制器中,构成兼有这两种控制优点的模糊-PID控制器.研究结果表明:采用该控制手段能较好的满足设计要求,开发的减摇鳍控制器具有抗干扰能力强、稳定性好、实时性高、成本低等特点.
At present, most of fin stabilizer controllers utilize Single Chip Machine as their main processor or are developed based on Industry Control Machine. The former has low integration degree and poor stability while the latter has high cost. The paper devises a new type of controller for fin stabilizer based on ARM processor. The problems mentioned above have been solved. In the aspect of software design, fuzzy control strategy is introduced to the classical PID controller for constructing Fuzzy-PID controller which has both advantages of the two control strategies. The research results indicates that using the new control means can better satisfy the design requirement, and the developed fin stabilizer controller takes on some perfect advantages, such as strong anti-jamming capability, good stability, high real-time performance, low cost.
