摘要
[目的]介绍一种高效、快速回收DNA片段的方法。[方法]在0.5 ml的EP管的管底用大头针扎孔,将一小块玻璃棉纸放入管中,把含有DNA片段的凝胶放在纸上,速冻后离心,收集从管底流出的液体,用乙醇沉淀回收,并且与TaKaRa回收试剂盒的结果做对比。[结果]该方法与试剂盒产量相当。[结论]该方法是一种经济、快速、高效回收DNA片段的方法。
[Objective] The research aimed to introduce an efficient and fast method for reclaiming DNA fragment. [Method] A pinprick was pricked at the bottom of 0.5 ml EP tube by using a pin. A scrap glass cotton paper was put into the tube and the gel with DNA fragment was put on the paper. After the quick-freezing, centrifugation was made to collect the liquid from the pipe base. DNA was reclaimed by ethanol precipitation and compared with the results by using TaKaRa recycling kit. [ Result ] The yield by using this method was identical with that by using the kit. [ Conclusion] This method is an economical, rapid, efficient method for reclaiming DNA fragment.
