摘要 妊娠黄体具有分泌雌激素与孕激素,以维持早期妊娠囊生长发育的重要功能。近年来,应用经阴道彩色多普勒超声检测妊娠黄体取得了重大进展。经阴道彩色多普勒超声在正确认识妊娠黄体及预测妊娠结局中起着至关重要的作用。 Corpus luteum in pregnancy has important function to produce estrogen and progestogen which can maintain early pregnancy. In recent years, detection of corpus luteum in pregnancy by transvaginal color Doppler Ultrasound has made progress. Transvaginal color Doppler Ultrasound plays an important role in recognizing the corpus luteum of pregnancy correctly and prognosing pregnancy outcome.
