摘要
泥磷是黄磷工业中产生的一种有害废渣,对环境造成严重污染。以泥磷为原料制取次磷酸钠是一种经济有效的处理方法,但由于泥磷难以分离的特性需加入分散剂来提高泥磷中单质磷的转化率。通过选取异丙醇和活性炭作为分散剂,考察温度、水磷比、碱磷比及分散剂的加入量对次磷酸钠得率和反应速率的影响,得到最佳反应条件为:温度80℃~90℃、水磷比105:1~115:1、碱磷比3.2:1-4.0:1、异丙醇加入量10mL,活性炭加入量6g。
Sodium hypophosphite from phosphorous sludge was prepared, and isopropyl alcohol and activated carbon were used as dispersants to increase the transformation of phosphorus from sludge. The effect of temperature, ration of water to phosphorous, alkali to phosphorous and the dose of dispersants on the yield of sodium hypophosphite and reaction speed were discussed. The optimum reaction condition was chosen.
