摘要
泥磷是黄磷工业生产中产生的一种有害工业废渣,对环境造成了很大的污染和破坏。将其作为原料制取次磷酸钠不失为一种治理的好方法,但由于泥磷难以分离的特性需加入分散剂来提高泥磷中单质磷的转化率。通过选取十二烷基苯磺酸钠来作为分散剂进行研究,考察温度、水磷比、碱磷比及分散剂的加入量对次磷酸钠得率和反应速率的影响,得出最佳反应条件。
Phosphorus sludge was a kind of harmful solid waste from phosphorus chemical industry, which would bring huge environmental pollution. Producing sodium hypophosphite was very efficient and economical method for dealing with phosphorus sludge. However, phosphorus sludge was hard to disperse,so the dispersing agent had to be added to increase sodium hypophosphite rate. In this paper sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS) was selected as the dispersing agent,the optimal reaction conditions was got.
