摘要
采用极值原理对小铜管游动芯头拉拔参数的优化进行了理论分析和实验研究.研究结果表明,优化计算结果与实验值非常接近,最优拉拔模角和芯头锥角与拉拔变形量和摩擦等有关,而且一般比大规格铜管游动芯头拉拔模角和芯头锥角略高些.这对于我国精密小铜管游动芯头拉拔参数的选择有着一定的参考价值.
In this paper,the technique of drawing the small copper tube with a floating plug was studied theoretically and experimentally.The upper bound technique(UBT) has been used to investigate the relation between various parameters in tube drawing with a floating plug.The results are showed as follows:(1)The established UBT pattern is reliable.The calculated values approximate to the experimental values.(2)The optiumu die angle(α)and cone angle(β)of the plug are affected by area reduction,friction factor and so on.(3) Compared with conventional copper tube drawing with a floating plug,when drawing small copper tube,the values of α,β and (α-β)should be hither.
