摘要
用正交试验法对影响铝管游动芯头拉拔稳定性的主要因素:润滑剂、芯头锥角、拉拔速度进行优化,并详细分析影响稳定性的原因,提出了确定最佳工艺依据。
The main factors that influence the stability of aluminium tube drawing with a floating plug (lubricant, plug taper angle, and drawing velocity) are optimized by orthogonal trial method. In addition, the reasons of influence the stability are analysed in detail. At last, the paper provided basis for working out the optimal process.
