摘要
文章在给出了图书馆绩效评估概念的基础上,阐述了其重要意义,构建了图书馆绩效评估的指标体系,对长沙市8所高校图书馆的绩效进行了评估,并运用模糊聚类分析法对其进行了聚类分析。
This paper first gave the conception of library performance evaluation, then described the important meanings of it and then proposed an indicator system. Taking 8 academic libraries in Changsha as the demonstration objects, this article analyzed them in the method of fuzzy clustering appraisal.
