摘要
目的:通过纯中药复方茵白汤对小鼠的急性毒性实验,确定茵白汤的毒理反应。方法:以最大浓度最大容量灌胃给药,12h内给药3次,连续观察7d。详细观察记录小鼠体征并检测血液指标情况。结果:全部动物健存,无中毒反应,测得纯中药复方茵白汤的最大受试药物折合生药量为129g/kg,为临床患者拟用量的108倍。结论:纯中药复方茵白汤无明显急性毒理反应。
Objective：To observe the toxicological reaction of Yinbai decoction using mice as experimental subjects in the toxicological study. Methods： The mice were repeated intragastric administration with the largest dosage and consistency, 3 times in 12 hours. Continue 6bserving 7 days to record mice＇ s signs and examine biochemical indicators. Results ： All the animal models are in good health,and no toxic reaction. MTD of Yinbai decoction was found to be larger than 129g/kg in mice, and equal to 108 times that of chro- nic patient. Conclusion ： Chinese herbal compound prescription of Yinbai decoction have no significant toxic effects and side - effects.
