α-羟丁酸脱氢酶测定对心肌梗塞诊断的评价 被引量:1

摘要 为了探讨和评价α-羟丁酸脱氨酶(HBDH)在急性心肌梗塞(AMI)诊断中的价值。对我院1995年8月至1996年8月26例AMI住院患者及同期23例正常人联合检测了血清HBDH、CK、CK-MB、LDH、AST。结果显示HBDH在MI发病后6~12小时左右即开始上升,24~72小时内活性升高至峰值,随着时间推移,12~20天左右恢复到基础水平,与其他心肌酶相比在血中滞留时间长,清除缓慢,经过9~11天,酶活力仍维持较高水平,远高于对照组,差异有非常显著的意义(P<0.01)。结论是HBDH在AMI患者中出现早、消失慢,尤其当AMI来诊、确诊已较晚,此酶监测活力增高,特异性突出。 In order to discuss and evaluate the value of α-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase (HBDH) in acute myocardial infarction (AMI) diagnosis, this essay were made togother with sera HBDH、CK、CK-MB、LDH、AST in 26 patients in our hospital from August 1995 to August 1996 and 23 healthy people.The result shows that HBDH begins to rise after 6-12 hours AMI coming on,and the activity is rising at the top in 24-72 hours. As the time passing,the activity of ferment begins to reduce and retuns to the basic level in 12 to 20 days. Comparing with other myocardium ferments,HBDH stays in blood,and reduce slowly. After 9-11 days the activity of ferment are still on high level,much higher than ordinary group,but the difference has very distinctive significance.We can get the conclusion that HBDH of AMI patients comes early and disappears slowly,especially when the AMI patients are late to see the doctor and diagnose,the activity of the enzyme is rising, speciality is very high;it helps to make much valuable dia-gnosis of AMI than LDH.
