摘要
应用ADAMS软件,建立了某车型前横向稳定系统的多体运动学模型,针对稳定杆橡胶衬套磨损问题,对车轮动态跳动时该系统参数的变化进行了仿真分析。依据分析结果,提出增加稳定杆衬套厚度、将卡箍和橡胶衬套的接触面改为圆弧面、更改下横臂稳定杆卡箍支架在下横臂的焊接角度等改进方案,解决了该车型前横向稳定杆衬套的早期磨损问题。
A multi-body kinematics model of front lateral stability system is established by using software ADAMS, and aiming at the wearing problem of stability bar rubber bushings,this paper analyzes,the parameter changes of this system when the wheel is in dynamic jump.Based on the analysis results,the improved methods,which include thickening the rubber bushings,changing the contact surface between clasp and bushing into arc surface and changing the welding angle of stabilizer bar clasp bracket on lower cross arm,are brought forward to solve the premature wear of vehicle front lateral stability bar rubber bushings.
