摘要
根据设计输入参数,设计了一种侧倾角刚度大于实心稳定杆的空心稳定杆,设计的空心稳定杆满足侧倾稳定性的要求,重量却能降低约50%左右;通过三维建模和运动分析,空心稳定杆与周围零部件的运动协调性好,运动空间较大,装配工艺性良好。
According to the designed input parameter,a kind of hollow stabilizer bar whose sidelurch rigidity is greater than the stuffed one is designed,The designed hollow stabilizer bar can meet the demand of sidelurch stability,and its weight reduce about 50 percent.It has ideal sports coordination with the surrounded components.By solid-edge and motion analysis,its bigger motion space and advanced assembly technology are also recommendable.
