摘要
目的:分析潞党参、素花党参、川党参中党参内酯和党参炔苷的含量,对实验结果进行比较,找出其相关性,以更好地控制党参的品质。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法分析,色谱柱:DiamonsilC18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)。流动相为以乙腈∶水(70∶30),测定党参内酯的含量,检测波长为220nm;以乙腈∶0.1%HAC(26∶74)为流动相,测定党参炔苷的含量,检测波长为267.3nm。结果:党参内酯的线型范围为0.014~0.280μg(r=0.9997),平均回收率为100.4%,RSD为1.90%(n=6)党参炔苷的线型范围为0.065~1.040μg(r=0.9999);平均回收率为100.8%,RSD为1.60%(n=6)。在选定的色谱条件下,这两种活性成分的分离度良好。结论:党参内酯和党参炔苷含量之间有一定的相关性。
Objective:To analyze the contents of atractylenolide and lobetyolin in Codonopsis pilosula(Franch.) Nannf., Codonopsis pilosula Nannf.var.modesta(Nannf.) L.T. Shen and Codonopsis pilosula Oliv,to explore the correlation between them so as to control the quality of Codonopsis pilosula. Methods:ARP-HPLC method was used on Diamonsil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) column with acetonitrile-H2O(70:30) as mobile phase for atraetylenolide and acetonitrile 0.1% acetic acid solution(26:74) for lobetyolin. The detection wave length of atractylenolide was at 220 nm and that of lobetyolin was at 267.3 nm. Results:For atractylenolide the linear range was 0.14-0.28 μg(r=0.999 7);the average recovery was 100.4% with RSD of 1.9%(n=6). For lobetyolin the linear range was 0.065-1.04 μg(r=0.999 9);the average recovery was 100.8% with RSD of 1.60%(n=6). The atractylenolide and the lobetyolin had good resolution and linearity under the certain conditions. Conclusion:There were certain correlation between atractylenolide and lobetyolin.
