摘要
目的：探讨不同的护理干预措施对预防新生儿脐部皮肤感染的作用。方法：采用历史回顾对照法将2560例母婴同室新生儿分为两组，2006年1～12月的1300例新生儿采用常规护理为常规组，2007年1-12月出生的新生儿1260例采用早期护理干预方法为早期护理干预组。早期护理干预组用0．5％碘伏作脐部皮肤消毒，加强产房沐浴室监护，对产妇、家属进行脐部护理宣教和指导。常规组产房沐浴室人员与病区护士一起轮班、接产、洗婴，用75％酒精消毒脐部皮肤。结果：两组新生儿脐部感染，有高度显著性差异（P〈0．01），早期干预护理组的护理方法优于常规护理组。结论：加强产房、新生儿沐浴室消毒隔离的监测，脐部皮肤用0．5％碘伏消毒，能有效减少新生儿脐部皮肤感染。
Objective： To investigate the effects of different nursing measures for the prevention of umbilical skin infection of neonates. Methods： According to past clinical data, 2,560 neonates born in different periods were divided into trial group（ n = 1 260） and control group（ n = 1 300）. Neonates in control group were born from January 2006 to December 2006, they were nursed using conventional methods; neonates in trial group were born from January 2007 to December 2007, they were nursed using pre - nursing care methods. In the trial group, neonates were managed using 0.5 % iodophor for umbilical skin disinfection, the staff and the shower units of the delivery rooms were sterilized strictly, the mothers and families were educated and instructed for the umbilical care. In the control group, neonates were managed using 75 % alcohol for umbilical skin disinfection, the staff and the shower units of the delivery rooms underwent only routine sterilization, no special education and instruction of the umbilical care were carried out to the mothers and families. Results： The incidence of umbilical infection of neonates in control group was higher that in trial group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Using 0.5 % iodophor for umbilical skin disinfection of neonates, strengthen staff and the shower units of the delivery rooms sterilization may reduce neonatal umbilical skin infections effectively.
