摘要
目的:探讨糖皮质激素联合人免疫球蛋白治疗天疱疮临床疗效。方法:52例患者随机分为A组和B组,A组只用糖皮质激素治疗,B组用糖皮质激素联合免疫球蛋白治疗。结果:B组病毒和细菌感染率比A组低22.2%,真菌感染率比A组低24.2%;B组治愈率比A组高26.4%,两组继发感染率和治愈率差异有显著性(P<0.05)。B组平均住院日比A组少8天。结论:大剂量糖皮质激素联合人免疫球蛋白治疗天疱疮,可以减少或避免各种并发症尤其是继发感染的发生,从而缩短病程,提高疗效和治愈率。
Objectlve：To explore the clinical efficacy combined treatment for pemphigus patients with glucocorticoid and immunoglobulin. Methods：52 patients were randomly divided into group A and group B,group A was treated only with glucocorticoid while group B with combined treatment of glucocorticoid and immunoglobulin.Results：Group B was lower than group A in the infection rate of vires and bacterium by 22.2%,and lower than group A in the infection rate of fangal by 24.2%;The cure rate in group B was higher than in group A by 26.4%, the secondary infection rate and cure rate were significantly different between the two groups （P〈0.05）. The average hospitalization time in group B was less than that in group A by eight days.Conclusion：Combined treatment for pemphigus with high dose glucocorticoids and immunoglobulin can reduce or avoid the various complications,especially the occurrence of secondary infection,so as to shorten the course of treatment and improve the efficacy and cure rate.
