摘要
采用GC-MS联用技术分析了南五味子(Schisandra sphenanthera)果实挥发油的化学成分,面积归一化法确定各组分相对含量。鉴定了24个峰中的18个化学成分,占挥发油总量的75%。
The volatile oil from the seeds of Schisandra sphenanthera was analyzed by GC-MS. 18 chemical constituents were identified and relative contents were determined.
