摘要 矽肺和煤工尘肺(CWP)是尘肺病最常见、影响最广泛的两种类型,其发病取决于粉尘暴露量及个体易感性。基因多态性是影响个体易感性的主要因素。本文对尘肺病发生发展与基因多态性关系的研究进展作一综述,作为个体易感性研究的重要基础。 Silicosis and coal worker's pneumoconioses (CWP) are two most popular and impactive types of pneumoconioses in China. The development both of silicosis and CWP mainly depends on dust exposure level and individual susceptibility, while genetic polymorphism is the principal factor in affecting individual susceptibility. In order to provide some important data for the research on those fields mentioned above, the progress on the relationship between genetic polymorphism and development of these pneumoconioses was summarized in this paper.
