摘要
研究在公平限制条件下城市道路系统多时段一般路网的次优拥挤定价问题,建立公平限制条件下城市道路系统多时段一般路网的次优拥挤定价的双层规划模型,设计了模拟退火算法并利用模拟计算方法对模型进行了典型路网的计算及结论分析.
The problem of general traffic network congestion pricing with multiple time periods and equity constrains is discussed in this paper. A bi-level programming model of general traffic network congestion pricing on multiple time periods with equity constrains is established, and the model is solved by a SA (Simulated An- nealing) algorithm. In order to get a result for analyzing, a simulation study is applied for the bi-level programming problem on a simple network.
