大鼠膀胱与宫颈神经生理的解剖学探讨

摘要 目的探讨宫颈与膀胱之间的神经分布联系。方法采用荧光素逆行双标法进行研究。健康成年雌性大鼠17只,随机分为实验组(12只)和对照组(5只),实验组将荧光素碘化丙啶(Propidium Iodide,PI)注入宫颈右侧壁肌层,双本甲亚胺(Bisbenzimde,Bb)注入膀胱右侧壁肌层内,对脊髓T13-S4节段进行追踪。结果在实验组右侧L6~S2和L1~L2的背根神经节(dorsal root ganglia,DRG)中发现荧光素双标细胞,对照组无双标细胞。结论大鼠腰骶部L6-S2和L1~L2节段的细胞周围突有分支同时投射到直肠和膀胱,说明宫颈炎性刺激引起的排尿异常机制可能与发生在DRG水平的突触反射有关。 Objective To study the innervation between baldder and cervix. Methods The retrograde fluorescent double labeling method was used. A total of seventeen adultfemale Sprague Dawley(SD) rats were randomly assigned into the experimental group(n 12) and the control group(n 5). Propidium Iodide (PI) was injected into the right wall of the cervix of female SD rats and Bisbenzimide (Bb) was injected into the right wall of urinary bladder. Results The fluorescent double labeled neurons were found in the right L6-S2 and LI-L2 dorsal root ganglia (DRG). Conclusion DRG cells at L6-S2 and L1-L2 simultaneously innervate the cervix and the urinary bladder, explaining that the abnormal micturition due to chronic cervicitis may be caused by axis reflex at the level of the peripheral process of DRG cells.
