摘要
目的探讨大肠癌组织中白细胞介素6(IL-6)与磷酸化-信号转导和转录活化因子3(p-Stat3)表达的关系,以期为进一步认识信号传导和转录激活因子3(Stat3)在大肠癌中的激活途径提供理论基础,并为大肠癌的治疗寻找新的靶点。方法用ELISA法检测大肠癌组织中IL-6浓度,用免疫组织化学法检测大肠癌组织中p-Stat3的表达。结果p-Stat3阳性病人的IL-6浓度明显增高,与p-Stat3阴性病人比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论大肠癌组织中p-Stat3的表达与IL-6浓度有关,可能存在IL-6-Stat3的自分泌激活通路促进大肠癌的生长。
Objective To investigate the relationship between concentration of IL-6 and expres- sion of p-Star3 in colorectal cancer for understanding the pathway of Stag activation and providing a novel therapeutic intervention. Methods The IL-6 level in tumor tissue supernatant was determined with human IL-6 instant enzyme-linked imrnunosorbent assay kit and the expression of p-Stat3 was detected by using intmunohistochemistry. Results The concentration of IL-6 in the tumor tissue positive for the expression of p-StaG was significantly higher than that in the tumor tissue negative for the expression of p-Stat3(P〈0. 05). Conclusion The expression of p-Stat3 in colorectal cancer tissue was related to the IL-6 concentration, suggesting the existence of an IL-6-triggered autocrine activation of StaG,which can promote the growth of colorectal cancer cells.
