摘要
从链霉菌ＳＩＰＩ－９４－１０７９菌株的发酵液中，经溶媒萃取、硅胶柱色谱分离、结晶和重结晶等方法，分离出具有甾体５α－还原酶抑制活性的化合物ＳＩＰＩ－９４－１０７９－Ⅱ，通过对其理化性质和ＵＶ、ＩＲ、ＭＳ、ＮＭＲ（１Ｈ和１３Ｃ）等波谱分析，确定其结构为２－乙酰胺基－３－羟基－４－甲基苯甲酸。
Form the fermentation broth of Streptomyces SIPI941079, an inhibitor of steroid 5αreductase named as compound SIPI941079Ⅱ (1) was isolated by solvent extraction, silica gel chromatography and crystallization. The structure of 1 was elucidated by means of physicochemical properties, UV, IR, MS, NMR (1H and 13C) spectra, and was determined to be 2acetylamino3hydroxy4methylbenzoic acid.
