摘要
农村基础设施是农村经济增长和社会发展的重要物质条件。在对农村基础设施分类的基础上,对民间资本介入农村小型经营性基础设施、农村大型经营性基础设施、农村非经营性基础设施的途径进行了探讨,得出了民间资本的介入方式。
Rural infrastructure is the important material condition for the rural economic growth and social development.Based on the classification of rural infrastructure,the intervention approaches of private capital in small-sized rural operation infrastructure,large-sized rural operation and non-operating rural infrastructure were deeply discussed.And the intervention mode of private capital was obtained.
