摘要
公共投资是农村经济社会发展的前提和基础。新疆拥有发展现代农业的条件,然而地方财力不足,公共投资与农村发展战略不相匹配的矛盾突出。本文通过分析提出了实现新疆公共投资与农业投资战略协调发展的建议,以期为政府部门的相关决策提供参考。
The public investment is the premise and thefoundation which the rural economy society develops,Xinjiang becausethe nature and the economical reason have the development modernagriculture the condition,however the place financial resourceinsufficient,the public investment and the countryside developmentalstrategy do not match the contradiction is prominent.This articleproposed through the analysis causes the Xinjiang public investmentand the agricultural investment strategy realization coordinatedsuggestion,provides the reference take the time as governmentdepartment's related decision-making.
