Synthesis of Ethyl-2,2-Dimethylcyclopropanecarboxylate on Cu-CFG and Cu-MCM-41 Catalyst

摘要 以甘氨酸、无水乙醇和异丁烯等为原料,经酯化、重氮化、环丙烷化3步反应合成2,2-二甲基环丙烷甲酸乙酯。对无机铜盐催化剂进行了改性,采用孔径较大的二氧化硅(CFG)或介孔分子筛(MCM-41)为载体,用离子交换法制备的Cu-CFG和Cu-MCM-41为催化剂,考察了反应温度、反应时间等对产率的影响。实验表明,反应温度为50℃,反应时间为130 min的条件下,铜氨配离子与CFG交换后的Cu-CFG催化剂活性最高,产率为38.9%。而Cu-MCM-41或铜盐为催化剂时,催化活性较低。Cu-CFG催化剂反应后容易分离,可再生使用。 Using aminoacetic acid, absolute alcohol and isobutene as raw material, ethyl--2, 2--dimeth- ylcyelopropanecarboxylate was synthesized via esterification, diazo--reaction and cycloproanation. The copper catalyst was modified for the cyclopropanantion reaction and Cu--CFG and Cu--MCM-41 catalyst was prepared by ion exchange process. The influence of temperature, reaction time, catalyst dosage on the yield of products was investigated. The results indicated that Cu--CFG handled at 100 ℃ after the ion exchange displayed higher conversion at 50 ℃, reaction time of 130 rain and the yield is 38. 9%. However, the catalytic activity of Cu--MCM--41 and cupric salt catalyst, was lower. Futhermore, Cu--CFG is easi- ly separated and can be recycled to reduce the consumpion of cupric salt.
