摘要
采用水热法合成了不同Si/A l比的MCM-41介孔材料,研究这些材料在以邻苯二酚和甲醇为原料气相法一步合成愈创木酚反应中的催化性能,并与几种微孔分子筛的催化活性进行比较,考察了孔径、酸强度和酸量对反应性能的影响.结果表明,Si∶A l=100的MCM-41材料表现出较好的催化性能,样品较大的孔径和一定量弱酸中心的存在对反应有利.
Mesoporous MCM-41 materials with different Si/AI molar ratios are synthesized under hydrothermal condition, and .used as catalysts for vapor-phase selective o-methylation of catechol with methanol. The performances of the mesoporous MCM-41 materials were also compared with those of various aluminosilicates molecular sieves to investigate the influences of pore size, the amount and s activity. The results show that MCM-41 with Si : Al = 100 exhibits a good guaiacol. This may mainly be attributed to the relative large pore size and weak acid on the surface of catalyst.
