摘要
建立了用离子色谱法测定环境中毕克草含量的方法.选用NJ—SA-4A型阴离子分析柱,以3.36mmol/L碳酸钠-1.5mmol/L碳酸氢钠作淋洗液,流速为1.5mL/min,样品用乙酸乙酯萃取浓缩10倍后,电导检测器检测.该方法具有良好的重现性和线性关系,地表水样品回收率在98.0%~102%之间,土壤样品回收率在97.1%~98.7%之间,结果令人满意.
A method was developed for the determination of Clopyralid existing in the environment by IonChromatography with conductor detector. The sample was concentrated 10 times by ethyl acetate. The separation of Clopyralid was obtained by using NJ-SA-4A column, 3.36 mmol/LNa2CO3-1.5 mmol/LNaHCO3 aseluent with the flowing velocity being 1.5 mL/min. With this method, good repeatability and linear relation-ship was obtained. The recoveries of surface water sample is between 98.0% -102 %, and the recoveries of soil sample is between 97.1%-98.7%. The results are pleasing.
