大体积固相萃取浓缩-超高效液相色谱串联质谱法测定水中11种全氟化合物 被引量:9

Determination of 11 kinds of perfluorinated compounds in water by UPLC-MS/MS with large-volume SPE

摘要 目的:建立大体积固相萃取浓缩-超高效液相色谱(UPLC)串联质谱法快速测定11种常见全氟化合物的方法。方法:大体积水调pH近中性后,经WatersWAX固相萃取小柱富集净化,使用串联四极杆电喷雾离子源负离子扫描,多反应监测(MRM)模式检测,2mmol/L醋酸铵水溶液-2mmol/L醋酸铵甲醇溶液为流动相,内标法进行定量。结果:在1.0μg/L-50μg/L范围内的线性良好,11种全化氟化合物的方法最低检出限为0.02ng/L-0.5ng/L,回收率能达到71%~103%。结论:本方法操作简单、快速、自动实现对水中全氟化合物的测定。 Objective: To develop a method for rapid determination of 11 perfluorinated compounds (PFCs) in water by the Waters WAX solid phase extraction (SPE) and high performance liquid chromatography (UPLC) with MS/MS detector. Methods : After adjusting the pH value to 7, the water was concentrated by the Waters WAX solid phase extraction(SPE), and the perfluorinated compounds were detected in UPLC -MS/MS ESI( - ) MRM mode and quantified by internal standard method. The mobile phase was a mixture of 2 mmol/L ammonium acetate aque- ous solution and 2 mmol/L ammonium acetate methanol solution. Results: There were good linearity between 1.0 μg/L - 50 μg/L, the detection limit of 11 kinds of perfluorinated compounds in water was 0.02 ng/L - 0.5 ng/L, the recoveries were between 71% -103%. Conclusion: It is simple, rapid and automatic for perfluorinated com- pounds determination in water.
