摘要
论述了网络背景下对图书馆员素质要求的变化,分析了网络环境下图书馆员应具备的素质和目前图书馆员存在的问题,提出了提高图书馆员素质的方法。
This paper expounds the changes of the requirements for the quality of the librarians on the network background, analyzes the quality that the librarians should possess under the network environment and the problems existing in librarians, and advances some methods for improving the quality of the librarians.
