摘要 研究了PETG(二醇类改性聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)共聚酯切片的干燥工艺条件和挤出板材工艺条件,探讨了PETG共聚酯切片挤出板材的后加工行为。结果表明,PETG共聚酯切片的干燥工艺可以选择2种方式:一种是电热鼓风干燥的,其干燥温度在70℃(玻璃化转变温度附近);一种是真空转鼓干燥方式,其干燥温度可提高至100℃,且真空转鼓干燥效果好于电热鼓风干燥。挤出板材加工中,控制螺杆前两区进料温度低于PETG共聚酯软化点30℃左右,则工艺控制稳定,板材成型良好,且辗光一辊温度在70℃(稍低于玻璃化转变温度),挤出的板材不易粘辊,辗光效果好。 The drying and extrusion plate technology conditions of PETG copolyester chips were studied. Post-processing behavior of PETG copolyester chips extrusion plate were discussed. The results show that drying technology of PETG copolyester chips has two methods. One method is dried by electrothermal blast drying equipment,its drying temperature is 70℃ (near by of glass transition temperature) ,the other is dried by vacuum drum drying equipment, its drying temperature can be increased to 100℃, and effect of vacuum drum drying is better than that of electrothermal blast drying. In the process of extrusion plate, the first two areas feed temperature of screw is about 30℃ lower than PETG copolyester softening point, so process control is stable and plate forming is good. No. one rolling temperature is 70℃ and slightly lower than glass transition temperature, so extrusion plate is not easy to stick roll,the rolling effection is perfect.
