摘要
针对水溶液全循环法尿素生产装置发生的合成塔爆炸事故,从检漏系统、原料气处理、尿塔出口管线等方面提出了防爆炸安全整改措施和配套技术改造方案,通过生产实践总结了该套改造方案的安全使用管理方法。
In allusion to the explosion accident of urea reactor caused in the urea production plant by using the total water solution circulation method, author has proposed the rectifying ＆ reforming measures in safety for anti-explosion and the complete technology reformation schemes from aspects of leakage detection system, raw gas treatment, outlet piping of urea reactor and so on, the safety usage management method was summarized for this complete reformation schemes through the practice of production.
