摘要
对目前国内安全评价机构通常采用的安全评价方法进行了分析,并对各方法在实际应用中的缺陷进行了研究。借用安全评价的数学基础知识,从概率论的角度,对评价过程中的评价变量进行分析,并且从风险的角度,阐述了一种新风险评价方法。将原来评价变量的时间、空间等因素用人为因素和设备因素替代,用人为因素和设备因素引发事故的相对概率代替绝对概率,以此提高评价的结果,保证评价质量,也引导企业提高安全管理水平。
The safety evaluation methods often adopted now by internal safety evaluation companies is analyzed,and the drawbacks of every one’s is researched.According to the basic mathematic knowledge,the point of probability theory is chosen,the evaluation variables in the process of safety evaluation is analyzed,and a new safety evaluation method is introduced in which the traditional ingredients such as time,place were substituted by human factor and equipment factor,and the relative probabilities substituted the absolute probabilities.This changing could improve the safety evaluation result and assure the quality of safety evaluation.
