摘要
研究了基于灰度-梯度共生矩阵的旋转机械故障诊断方法,利用灰度-梯度共生矩阵直接提取旋转机械振动参数图形中的特征信息,应用人工免疫系统实现旋转机械故障诊断.实验验证该方法可以获得较高的诊断精度,证明了该方法的可行性.
A diagnosis method based on gray level gradient co-occurrence matrix was researched in this paper. This method was used to directly extract the features from graphics of rotating machinery by gray level gradient co-occurrence matrix. And, fault diagnosis of rotating machinery was achieved by using artificial immune system. The test proves that this method can get high diagnosis accuracy.
