摘要
针对旋转机械发生故障时振动信号的不平稳性,利用时频分析中的小波尺度图和再分配后的小波尺度图对点碰摩、松动、裂纹和油膜失稳故障进行对比分析,结果表明再分配小波尺度图比传统小波尺度图,具有更高的时频分辨率,可以更好地识别转子早期故障。
Considering unstable characteristics of vibration signals with rotor faults, vibration signals with point rub-impact, looseness, crack, and oil-film instability faults are analyzed using wavelet scalogram and reassigned wavelet scalogram of time-frequency analysis for comparison. The results show that the reassigned wavelet scalogram has higher time-frequency resolution and can preferably identify initial failure of rotor systems.
