摘要
以H2O2/NaHSO3为引发剂,水为分散介质,玉米淀粉与醋酸乙烯酯接枝聚合后再经氧化酯交换反应制备了淀粉浆料,经IR光谱确认了接枝共聚物。研究了工艺条件对接枝参数的影响,确定了较佳的制备工艺:ω(H2O2/NaHSO3)=1:3,引发剂为0.40%,接枝反应温度为35℃,接枝反应时间为2h。此浆料80%替代PVA用于T/C 80/20 13.1×13.1433×299 160经纱上浆,织机效率高达90%,具有很好的经济效益和环境效益。
In aqueous dispersion, corn starch as raw material, Grafted- oxidized - acetytated starch size was prepared by graft and copolymerization with vinyl acetate using H2O2/NaHSO3 as initiator, then oxidized and acetylated by sodium hypochlofite and vinyl acetate respectively. The pure graft eopolymer was identified by IR Spectrum. At 35 ℃, in the condition of ω(H2O2/NaHSO3) = 1 : 3 and m(initiator) :m (starch) = 0.40 %, vinyl acetate was grafted to corn starch for 2h under nitrogen atmosphere. After being oxidized by sodium hypochlorite, the starch was esterffied at 35 - 40℃ with vinyl acetate for 3h. The size of grafted - oxidized - acetylated starch was made up and used in warp sizing of polyester/cotton 80/20 13.1 × 13.1 433 × 299 160 blend spun yarn instead of 80% PVA ,with the looming efficiency reaching 90% ,which has excellent economic and environmental effects.
