摘要
[目的]通过观察低强度氦—氖激光联合旋复代赭汤治疗反流性食管炎的临床疗效。[方法]采用LJL40-HA氦氖激光多功能治疗仪同时配合旋覆代赭汤随证加减治疗反流性食管炎30例。[结果]痊愈12例,占40%;有效16例,占53.3%;无效2例。[结论]低强度氦—氖激光配合旋复代赭汤方法可提高治疗反流性食管炎的疗效。
[Purpose] Through the observation of clinical research of low strength helium-Neon laser to treat esophagus together with Xuanfudaizhe decoction. [Method] Offer clinical materials for further using it in human being clinical applications. [Result] 12 cases were cured,occupying 40 % ;16 had effect, 53.3 % ;2 had no effect. [Conclusion] Low intensity helium-Neon laser combined with Xuanfudaizhe decoction can improve the cure effect of refluxesophagitis.
