摘要
大庆油田徐深气田的大规模开发,对修井技术提出了新的要求。结合徐深气田普遍含CO2开发特征,针对故障气井腐蚀外漏、管柱落物卡阻、处理电缆桥塞、井口重建等工程问题,研究形成了外漏井取套换套及插管封漏、落物解卡打捞、电缆桥塞高效磨捞、井口带压重建为主要特点的修井技术,还研制配套了防喷器及节流压井管汇、带压钻孔泄压装置,筛选低伤害修井液及暂堵剂。16口井的修井实例验证,该修井方法可用于徐深气田含CO2故障气井的修井施工,具有较强的安全可靠性和适用性。
Along with large scale development of Daqing Xushen Gas Field, new workover technique demands are required. Incorporating the characters of wells that contain CO2 in Xushen Gas Field, we analysis the engineering features of outside leak by corrosion and pipe string stuck, wireline bridge plug and well head reconstruction of failure gas wells, study and form the new workover technology for taking and replacing outside leak casing, inserting tubing, sealing the leak, releasing stuck, fisbing and milling the wireline bridge plug and Well head reconstruction under the pressure. We also have some advanced developments about blowout preventer, manifold, drill hole on well head and release the pressure by perforating, select low-damage mud and temporary plugging agent. This paper presents 16 case histories which prove that this method is feasible to repair the damaged gas well with CO2 in Xushen Gas Field. It provides better and safe reliability and applicability.
