摘要
在雅克拉-大涝坝凝析气田修井作业过程中易发生修井液大量漏失而导致黏土膨胀、速敏、微粒运移以及润湿性改变等问题,引起较严重的储层损害。针对该气田储层特点,研究出了油溶暂堵型低伤害修井液,并利用离心法、页岩防膨法、API堵漏模拟实验以及沉降稳定等实验方法,优选出了适合该区块油溶暂堵型修井液的黏土稳定剂、表面活性剂、堵漏剂和悬浮增黏剂。性能评价结果表明,该修井液具有油溶暂堵功能,适用温度范围广;岩心渗透率恢复率达到85%以上,具有明显的储层保护效果;具有良好的流变性能,能满足现场施工要求。
In the workover operation in Yakela-Dalaoba condensate gas field,workover fluid loss into the formation upon which the workover fluid contacted always resulted in reservoir damage.Based on the characteristics of the reservoir,a low damage workover fluid containing an oil-soluble temporary plugging agent was formulated with clay stabilizer,surfactant,LCM and viscosifier selected through laboratory experiments and evaluation.Core flow test results showed that the percent permeability recovery was as high as 85%.Other properties of the workover fluid were all satisfactory regarding to the field application requirement.
