V_2O_5/TiO_2-SiO_2 Catalysts for the Synthesis of Isobutyraldehyde from Methanol and Ethanol

摘要 以溶胶-凝胶法和浸渍法制备V2O5/TiO2-SiO2催化剂,将其应用于甲醇与乙醇一步合成异丁醛的催化反应,并采用BET、XRDI、R测试技术对催化剂的结构进行表征,考察制备方法和焙烧温度对催化剂结构和催化性能的影响.结果表明:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备的催化剂具有较好的催化性能,适宜的焙烧温度为773 K. The V2O5/TiO2-SiO2 catalysts was Prepared by sol-gel and impregnation method. It was applied to the synthesis of isobutyraldehyde from methanol and alcohol. The structure of catalysts was characterized by BET, XRD and IR. The preparation method and calcining temperature of V2O5/TiO2-SiO2 catalyst were investigated by the analysis of catalytic property. The results showed that the catalyst was successfully prepared by sol-gel technique and calcining under 773 K and had better catalytic properties.
