摘要
考察了在甲醇乙醇一步合成异丁醛反应中V_2O_5催化剂的活性稳定性,通过对一步合成反应前后催化剂进行XRD和DTA-TG表征测试,结果表明,催化剂活性下降的主要原因是活性组分V_2O_5在反应过程中被缓慢还原为对该反应体系无活性的V_2O_3。分别采用铌、磷钨酸对V_2O_5催化剂进行改性,考察了不同铌或磷钨酸含量对改性V_2O_5催化剂催化性能的影响。结果表明,添加铌、磷钨酸改性后的催化剂对产物异丁醛的选择性均有提高,且采用磷钨酸改性的效果较铌改性的更佳。较佳的铌、磷钨酸的质量分数均为4%。
The activity and stability of V_2O_5 cata- lyst in one-step synthesis reaction of isobutyraldehyde from methanol and ethanol was studied.The fresh and used catalysts were characterized by means of XRD and DTA-TG.The results showed that V_2O_5 reduced to V_2O_3 gradually was the main reason for the catalyst de- activation.The V_2O_5 catalysts was modified with niobi- um and phosphotungstic acid.The effects of the con- tents of niobium and phosphotungstic acid on the reac- tion characteristics of modified V_2O_5 catalysts were in- vestigated.The results showed that the modification of V205 catalysts with niobium or phosphotungstic acid could improve the selectivity of isobutyraldehyde and the catalyst modified with phosphotungstic acid had better performance.The appropriate content of niobium or phosphotungstic acid was 4%(w).
